The most logical way of doing this is to distribute money based on time on server and give back percentage of money earned from donations.

please just change the map for the time being and boost the amount of people that play, im constantly coming on and seeing 3 players on and then being labeled as inactive when in reality nobody is on

30=starting value (when you join you get 30,000$)
Aka every hour you play you get 10k.
30+0x10=30k (new player joins)
30+1x10=40k (for 1 hour playtime)
30+10x10=130k (10h playtime)
30+100x10=1,030,000$ (100h playtime)
30+500x10=5,030,000$ (500h playtime)
Idk just tryna help. Saying crew members get X amount of money is unfair since there are rich people which dont like being in crews. (Saw a concept bout that too)
Ofc +donation money on all of them.
This was my idea concept thing.
Prices arent ridiculously high to try and keep economy stable.

Yeah but you dont want the economy be fked and all players with 500+ hours to do nothing cuz they already have all money they want.. Ofc in the formula to tweak it, change 30k starting value to lets say 50k for new players, and for money gained per hour change 10k to lets say 12k. That makes 500 hours: 50+500x12=6.050.000$. Each 2k you add per hour adds another 1 million to 500 hour playtime mark(edit: this can be proven by doing 50+500x14=7.050.000$). That extra 50k ofc is from the starting value.
Edit 2: i dont know how much playtime i have, but i had 20 million. And that playtime is atleast 200hours i dont rly know tbh. This doesnt benefit for me either bro cx, just wanna keep next economy after reset stable unlike the one rn
